In the name of the Benevolent Father of all I Mary Alford of Fairfield County State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament.

Item 1st I give and devise to my beloved daughter Margaret Murphey all my (notes)? and (account)? [illegible] [illegible].

I do hereby break all former wills by me and made in testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27 day of April A.D. 1865.

Signed and acknowledged by said Mary Alford as her last will and testament in our presence and signed by us in her presence.
