WILL OF MARY D. ALFORD
Know all men by these presents that I Mary D. Alford of the County of Wake
& State of North Carolina farmer being of
sound mind and memory knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death
Do make and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid
by my Executor hereafter named.
Item I give and bequeath to my beloved Daughter Angerona Taylor all of my estate
both personal and real except Twenty
Dollars, one water table and one half of my feather beds to my beloved Daughter
Neaver Perry to be paid her by my Executor,
they can sell the beds and divide the money or divide the feathers, just as
they wish.
Lastly, I do nominate and appoint Joseph E. Taylor my Executor of this my last
will and testament in testamony whereof I Mary
D. Alford have hereunto set my hand and seal

will and testament in the presence of us, who at
her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto.

1908, in Wake County, N. C. Property of deceased Mary D. Alford said to include
15 acres of land in Wake Forest
Township, 2 ½ miles from Rolesville, and personal property worth about
$30. Angerona Taylor and Neaver Perry cited as
parties entitled to said property under the will.)
